- In this agreement, "RealEscort" refers to the RealEscort platform and includes its parent company, affiliates, owners, administrators, staff, and team.
- Ads on RealEscort, undergo a curation process to ensure they meet our standards. This process involves reviewing the content for appropriateness, may include verifying pictures of advertisers, ensuring the ads comply with legal requirements, and maintaining quality and accuracy. And identifying and addressing any issues with the ads. This curation helps maintain the platform's reliability and reputation. The decision regarding which ads are permitted on our platform is entirely at the discretion of RealEscort.

- Deleted accounts lose all ads, preferences, and wallet credits permanently.
- Some data is kept for two years or more for legal/security reasons, then fully erased. Retrieval during this period is not possible.

Advertising: Advertiser & Ad Account
- Ads on RealEscort are curated and approved before display. Payments cover review, compliance checks, and monitoring, and are non-refundable once the process starts, regardless of approval or rejection.
- Ads are personal, and replacing individuals in an ad is against the rules and will result in deletion, except for clubs and clinics where this is permitted.

- Prices exclude VAT or service charges unless stated.

Violations, Penalties, and Usage Terms:

All associated settings, payments, and data will be permanently lost. Any existing or future accounts, advertisements, or activities linked to, influenced by, or affiliated with you will also be terminated without prior warning. Offenders will face an uncompromising, 2 year ban from accessing or utilizing our platform.
Zero Tolerance Policy:
-We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance stance on these matters. Any form of deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal behavior is strictly prohibited and will be met with the harshest possible consequences. There are no exceptions, no leniency, and no second chances. This platform is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and safety for all users and advertisers. Violators will face swift and irreversible action to protect our community, values, users, advertisers and brand.
Additional Violations and Penalties:
- Violating our guidelines, usage terms, or policies, including any attempts manipulate the system in any way, will result in immediate termination of the ad or account and possible 2 Year ban from accessing or utilizing our platform.
- Be aware that all account settings, payments, and associated data will be permanently lost.
- In rare cases, a single warning may be issued via the support center mailbox. It is the user’s responsibility to check and respond to these messages promptly. Ignoring or dismissing these communications does not absolve users from the consequences of violations.
Scammers Will Be Ignored:
- Following the account termination notification, no further communication from scammers will be acknowledged or responded to under any circumstances.
